Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command.
SC CONFIG EventSystem /start= Auto
(Note the space between the = and Auto!!)
close the window, and reboot - then run Farbar again

The command obviously didn't take - did you get any form of error message? (Did you run it in an Elevated Command Prompt?)
Yes I believe I ran it in elevated (I assume that means running as administrator)
Also Im not sure if I got an error but I will check here
Hmm - it's not taking the command at all - which is a little strange.
I can repro it here, as well.
it's as if the command isn't recognising the service name
Let's try it this way...
In an Elevated Command Prompt, run the following command.
Then reboot and run Farbar again - post the new logCode:REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventSystem /v Start /t REG_DWORD /d 0x1 /f .

There's still errors present - and according to them , Windows Update shouldn't be working.
Please run another Farbar, and post the new result.
