After partition clone Windows is not genuine?

Hello, my 500GB original HDD showed signs of failing so I replaced it with a 240GB SSD. I used Easeus disk clone, cloned the system partition and all went well. The laptop is much faster etc etc. 2 or 3 days later the WGA notice popped up and said that the software was non genuine. (it is genuine!!) The windows activation message says its activated...I see from the diag that there are mismatches and tampered in certain files. I ran an SFC scsannow and it found errors that it couldn't fix (possibly unrelated) and noticed that windows update is not working either. Where do I go from here? Many thanks for any help

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.
