    There is no obvious error in the report - apart from the fact that the system is not activated.

    What exact error message do you get if you attempt internet activation?

    i can't activate my genuine win 7 home basic 64 bit


    My problem is i can't activate online my genuine windows 7 64 bit home basic
    after i input the activation code, its always appear 'you can't activate with this S/N'
    error 0xc004C008

    Please help me,,

    Sounds like you need to use Telephone activation.


    telephone activation (operator calls)
    Click on the Start button
    in the Search box, type
    SLUI 4
    and hit the Enter key
    follow the instructions, but when asked which service you require by the telephone ansafone, do NOT reply - this should force an operator to respond, who can deal with you

    It's a COA_SLP Key - so part of a preinstalled major manufacturer's build.
    The SLIC table that should be present appears to have gone AWOL, which is why the OEM_SLP Key wouldn't work.
