    Windows Update [kb2843630], error 8024200d

Hello smart people. I require your assistance.

Yesterday I installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit over my old Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit, and wow, there were a ton of updates. I got all of them installed except for one - kb2843630. I keep getting the same error code - 8024200d.

I have downloaded and run SURT, a couple different Microsoft Fix It packages, and done the SFC scan. The scan said it "did not find any integrity violations", yet I still can not install the update.

Any help would be appreciated. ;]

Also I made a zip file of my CBS folder, but it won't upload. I think the file size is too bigsies. ]:

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

I thought I did follow the posting instructions from top to bottom. I found nothing about CBSPersist or CAB files anywhere on either the instructions page or the uploading page, so I didn't know to do that. I apologize. Attaching file. I hope I did it correctly.

Try installing the update by downloading and running the standalone. - Download Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2843630) from Official Microsoft Download Center
