Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

    • Download and execute Driverview
    • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
    • Edit > Select all
    • File > Save Selected Items
    • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
    • Zip the .txt file and upload it.

We can see the file, anyway.

All the drivers are more or less up-to-date other than the network driver. Realtek ethernet.

If the crashes continue to occur even with a single RAM stick attached, I want to suggest you for a Clean reinstall.

The only reason behind this suggestion that at this point we are not being able to discriminate your issue between a hardware issue and a software/driver issue.

If you follow Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 (works equally good for retail, too) the installation will minimize any possibility of a software/driver caused BSOD.

Is it sounds bad as a plan?

This is for Arc Quote: (For any further BSOD, let us see the crash dump) What do you mean, please explain as I did not see anything but Windows trying and failing to open as I wasnīt sitting in front of it at the time. If I see another crash dump I will try and get a snapshot. Is that what you mean? Thanks
I meant, if it crashes again, post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions. Attach the data with your next post. :)

Thanks for all your help guys. I will see how it goes for now as I have just looked at the instructions for Clean Reinstall and it is beyond my capabilities for sure. If I were to go that route I would have to pay to get the guy in the shop to do it for me. Even then he can only take it so far, if I remember rightly and bits and pieces of it end up in Spanish. I still had quite a bit to do when I connected to the internet myself at home. I remember how lost I was then but strange how it worked great for a few years with the exception of Windows Live part. So difficult when we are unable to communicate properly in Spanish. Sorry I canīt see this through but I will just have to put up with the problems as they occur. Seems to be running a lot better with the things you have suggested, so thanks once again for all your help.

We start learning form a certain point.

Doing a clean install is not very tough; but you are no familiar with the process. If you get a print out of the procedure, then you may follow it at your own. Hopefully it will go all good.

If you stuck in the process, or if you fail to do it, then consult with the technician.

If you can do it successfully, that will be an achievement!

I donīt think these instructions are basic enough for me as I am lost just reading them. I have saved all the files I need (music - documents - photos) to USB stick. I have not done a recovery disc because why would I want to recover to this!!!
Had another Crash dump today, so thought I should try to re-install windows but donīt think I can even attempt it with these instructions. Sorry but you tech guys know things that we donīt. Although you think the instructions are simple they are not to the layman like me.

P.S. Thought I may as well upload the BSOD report for you as problems caused by windows update again and now I am back to square one with a notice on my screen to say that my copy of windows is not genuine.

Just wanted to say thank you to you guys before closing this thread. I used Google translate to explain all the problems to the guy in the shop and he has built me a second hand machine, just duel core. He cleaned my hard drive and used it again alongside the 1T drive that came with the PC. He has installed W7 Pro again and now it's fingers crossed.

I'll know where to come for expert advise, next time I need it.

    Thanks guys problem is solved.
