Please run SFC and CheckSUR again, and post the new CBS folder
Also please upload the C:\windows\windowsupdate.log file

Alright I put everything in the compressed file.
I'm starting to think there's something deeper which is doing kind of a sabotage on the updates
The FilterList file has stuff in there that I've never seen before...
From the looks of it, you have both Comodo and Kaspersky security software installed?Code:oodrvled 0 0 Soluto 12 0 cmdGuard 12 0 KLIF 12 0
I suspect that this could be conflicting.
Soluto appears to be some strange kind of system optimizer - and I have my suspicions about such beasts (to put it mildly!)
oodrvled is something that mystifies me - Which precise O&O Software product do you have installed?
Soluto is clean, I've been using it for years. I primarily used it to manage my boot time but since I have a SSD now I'll uninstall it.
I indeed have Comodo Firewall and Kaspersky AV but it shouldn't conflict as Comodo is only a Firewall, isn't it? I mean I used this setup for years without any problems.
I also have O&O DriveLED (which seems to be it) and Defrag.
O&O DriveLED appears to me to be a case of a 'tool' which really does very little - it seems to monitor the SMART data only, which isn't really much use, as SMART is itself a very flawed system. I've known drives which failed SMART but passed everything else, and went on for years. I've also known drives which passed SMART, and were dead to all intents and purposes. It's certainly no use on an SSD.
Defrag of any kind is totally irrelevant to an SSD - and should be switched off to prevent early degredation of the chips. Windows 7 does this natively when it sees an SSD drive, but who knows what happens with this tool since they claim to be able to speed up SSD access times!
I'd uninstall both.
There have been problems with Comodo in the past, getting in the way of WGA (rare ones, it must be said) and with Kaspersky (also rare).
I tend to be of the view that the Windows Firewall is enough protection so long as you're not deliberately surfing in dangerous areas of the internet. Kaspersky is probably one of the best AV's around (so long as it's only the AV installed and not the Suite).
If push comes to shove, and removing the other stuff doesn't improve things, then I'd uninstall Comodo and see if that helps.
Of course, I only use the defrag tool for the HDDs I have (I have 2 SSDs and 2 HDDs). But I rarely use it so let's do it.
I'd like to not remove comodo if I can as I also use the proactive security it includes, and I like the supplement of functionalities it adds.
But my kaspersky licence is expiring soon so I will uninstall it and use a free one, maybe just windows defender. (too expensive for my use... to me an AV is more like a security from the user than from viruses/malwares)
Well, it still fails...
I've uninstalled Comodo now. After rebooting and opening WU, I've checked for new updates and it told me it had to update WU. I did, then the same two updates came back and I tried to install them with no success.
Does windows update works in safe mode ?
I guess this is the part where CBS says what's wrong, but I guess too that you already knew that :

Hmm - that wasn't in the latest CBS.log you posted - it must have rolled out into the CBSPersist files if it was there at all previously.
Let's have a look at the registry..
Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands...
Post the results.Code:REG LOAD HKLM\COMPONENTS C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS REG QUERY "HKLM\components\CanonicalData\Deployments\0e06d2ed6f9..c100512684b_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.18444_8c92b13960b1699a" REG QUERY "HKLM\components\DerivedData\Components\amd64_0e06d2ed6f93d560f6a34c100512684b_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.18444_none_8c92b13960b1699a" REG QUERY "HKLM\components\DerivedData\VersionedIndex\6.1.7601.17592 (win7sp1_gdr.110408-1631)\ComponentFamilies\amd64_0e06d2ed6f93d560f6a34c100512684b_31bf3856ad364e35_none_884ccc63553790b4\v!6.1.7601.18444" .
Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.
The first one works but for the others... The error message is in french but I think you could say "The system couldn't find the specified key or registry value"
OK - I'll see if I can come up with a fix for it, in that case - but you may want to consider a repair install as an alternative.
