Internet Explorer 11 cannot be installed 9C59

    In the Installed Updates section is shows only IE 10

    Try rebooting and see if you get the same picture.

    Once you have rebooted watch the hard drive light on the computer and don't do anything until it stops blinking.

    I can't read all those logs that Noel reads so I have to ask.
    Have you activated Windows.

    This is VERY strange!
    To give me some more logs - the easiest way to get most of the data I need is to run the BSOD tool.
    Please follow the instructions at Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - but just post the file created, here.
