    I think so - but it'll take me a while to work through the data.
    If you're in a hurry for a solution, your best bet may be a repair install of Windows.

    I'll wait, but doing a repair windows will wipe my data

    A repair install shouldn't touch your data - but backup to external media is always a good idea.
