    There is no way that all those should be present in a Home Premium system, as far as I know.
    It implies that the system has some king of Multilanguage hack present.

    The only thing I can think of is a repair install.

    Thanks for all your help. I think I may have to just install Win again from scratch though, since it didn't have the SP1 when I bought it from Sony and if I've read the forum correctly, my product key won't work if I use the iso/dvd/usb with SP1 as the tutorial says is the preferred method.

    The SP1 is no barrier to a repair - you can download the ISO and create the disk to use for the repair (see the Tutorial I linked to)

    ...and your COA sticker Key will work with the retail disk.
