Where did you download that version of MGADiag from? - it's 4 years out of date!
This makes it very difficult to properly analyse the results.

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
    - in your own thread, please

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

That was the MGADiag file that Microsoft had me download when i tried to resolve the issue online. Here is what the sticker says:
Windows 7 Pro OA for Singapore 64Bit
Laptop is a Lenovo W530 and was bought from Lenovo.com around Thanksgiving of 2012
This is a work PC and i am the only one who has used it. Last Friday i installed a program for work called Schnieder Electric Studio 360 and on Sunday i started noticing the issue. I tried uninstalling the program but that did not help.

The report is a little more informative now - but definitely still confusing!

I think the first thing to do is to check the filesystem and registry....

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

This type of error appears for three failing updates - I suspect that the problem is a little deeper.

I have to admit total lack of knowledge about the 'JET_errReadVerifyFailure' cause here - but I'll have a look around and see what I can find.

Rumour has it that this may be the result of a corrupt Windows Update hierarchy - please reset Windows Update following the guidelines here..
