Windows 7 SP1 failure to install, error code 80070002

I can not for the life of me get SP1 to install. It always gives me the 80070002 error.

I've done what the microsoft help says to do which is clear out my updates list after stopping windows update in services then starting them again but it just produces the same error code.

I've run the system update readiness tool as well as a sfc /scannow and heres the CBS zip, a zip containing all the cbspersists(so I get them both uploaded under the limit) and a screenshot of the error.

This is starting to affect my ability to play newer games giving me 3B bluescreen errors and the like.

Thank you so much in advance for any help you can provide me! -Tera

Consider following the steps mentioned in the below MSFT Knowledge Base article:

Error 0x800B0100 when you try to install Windows Updates or Microsoft Updates

Navigate to the solution available for Windows 7.

Let us know if it helps you.

Unfortunately those didn't work, I did not attempt step three because I have already installed KB947821 and I was unsure if installing it a second time would harm anything. (installing it the first time didn't fix it either )

When I did step one though, I received this in the list of things the fix-it couldn't well, 'fix'

Here's the error from the SP1 install...
    Code:

I suspect that your best option is to do a repair install, rather than a manual fix.
