You have some major problems - but they all appear to be from a single update...
    Code:
    Seconds executed: 2314
     Found 438 errors
CSI Manifest All Zeros Total count: 420
CBS MUM Corrupt Total count: 9
CBS Catalog Corrupt Total count: 9
I'll see if I can workout a fix protocol for you - back soon.

    I've uploaded a file - gtgaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder gtgaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Did you run the CheckSUR/SURT tool? - the log is the same (and same date/time) as the previous one.

I had a run of "sfc /scannow". I thought this is the CheckSUR tool.

No- it's the big download you did - KB974821.
Just run it again, and post the new CheckSUR.log file.

PLease post a new set of files after running CheckSUR and SFC again - there are still errors present in the ones you posted earlier.
