There is a fair amount of corruption showing in your CheckSUR log. - We'll work on that first...

    I've uploaded a file - zdzaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder zdzaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Thank you very much for the files.
But it looks like I have a different problem now.

As I see, the CheckSur tool has to be run with two commands:
    1. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    2. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
The first command just checks the integrity of the files.
The second one has to restore the corrupted files as I see.

    But /RestoreHealth command returns:

    Code:
    Error: 87

The restorehealth option is not recognized in this context.
For more information, refer to the help.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
And this way the new CheckSUR.log is absolutely the same.
I attach the dism log as well.

CheckSUR has nothing to do with DISM. - although the DISM too reports output in the CheckSUR.log file in Windows 8, where its functionality is expended.

The CheckSUR tool is KB947821 - the big download you did earlier.

I see. This method was Win 8 only.
After I downloaded KB947821, corrupted files were restored. Checksur.log shows 0 errors. After restart I was able to install kb2972211 manually.

I found this library: The FTP Search Company and downloaded four more cab and mum.
A lot of Windows related files. I guess it's safe.

    Thanks for the help.

Please post the requested files - CheckSUR never 'shows' errors during runtime unless it crashes.

    Here it is.
Strange. I downloaded the missing files:

    Code:

    servicing\packages\Microsoft-Windows-IE-Hyphenation-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~11.2.9412.0.mum
     servicing\packages\Microsoft-Windows-IE-Spelling-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~11.2.9412.0.mum
     servicing\packages\Microsoft-Windows-IE-Hyphenation-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~11.2.9412.0.cat
     servicing\packages\Microsoft-Windows-IE-Spelling-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~11.2.9412.0.cat
And put them in C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages , but now they show as corrupted again.

That's OK - here's the result of your first run of the fix...
    Code:
    Seconds executed: 696
     Found 36 errors
     Fixed 36 errors
CSI Manifest All Zeros Total count: 30
Fixed: CSI Manifest All Zeros. Total count: 30
CBS MUM Corrupt Total count: 6
Fixed: CBS MUM Corrupt. Total count: 6
Fixed: CBS Paired File. Total count: 6
Running it again appears to be what results in your errors above - I *think* this is an MS error and not ours, and can be ignored.

Please run Windows Updates, and attempt to install any updates for IE11 that may be found - what error do you get, if any?

When I click on Check for updates in Windows Update: No important updates available.

Here is what happened when I ran the CheckSUR Tool with the files you sent me. The process was successful. After that I tried to install KB2972211 from Windows Update. There was error 8024200D. So I downloaded KB2972211 from Microsoft website and managed to install it manually.
