Windows could not search for new updates - Error 80070570

    Hi guys.
So, after a nice and clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, was trying to update through Windows Update, and I got this annoying error, which I've seen before, after installing W7 on VMware (Couldn't solve this issue even once. I was sure it's a problem with the software).
The error is 80070570 [screenshot attached]. Tried Windows Update Troubleshooter, Windows Update Readiness Tool, netsh winsock reset, clean startup, sfc /scannow, even tried to reset Windows Update components . [Those were suggested in a post by Microsoft community Israel moderator]
They all failed to fix the problem.
One of the suggestion I've seen online was to install IE11 and SP1 (manually). Didn't worked either.
    Please HELP
CBS + relevant screenshots are attached.

CheckSUR and SFC are clear - but there are some rare errors in the background CBS.log data...
    Code:
Line 5423: 2014-09-28 23:58:31, Error CBS Failed to ask UI handler to terminate. [HRESULT = 0x800706ba - RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE]
Line 5424: 2014-09-28 23:58:32, Error CBS Failed to ask UI handler to terminate. [HRESULT = 0x800706ba - RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE]
Line 6469: 2014-09-28 23:58:48, Error CBS Failed to ask UI handler to terminate. [HRESULT = 0x800706ba - RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE]
Line 6470: 2014-09-28 23:58:49, Error CBS Failed to ask UI handler to terminate. [HRESULT = 0x800706ba - RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE]
This is usually fixed (supposedly) simply by a reboot and running a new Check for Updates.

I'd first run through the full reset in this tutorial so we know the starting- point...
    Windows Update - Reset

OK - at least we now know where we're starting from (yes that was the correct option).

As I understand it, you're still getting the same error message?
    If so, then try this...
Download the All-in-one Repair tool from here Windows Repair (All In One) - run ONLY the Windows Update Repair option (I don't trust many of the other ones - and specifically do not download anything else on that page! Read the instructions before starting)
Once complete, reboot twice, then attempt a new Check for Updates - if it fails, post your Event logs...

    Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
    Save the file as Appevt.evtx
    Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.

It looks more and more like a failure to connect for some reason.
What Firewall are you using? What Anti-Virus products have EVER been installed?

Windows Firewall. Tried to turn it off, and doesn't seems to change anything.
It's a clean install of Windows (formatted the HDD during the installation), I haven't installed anything yet, beside Mozilla Firefox.

    It's pretty frustrating...

What is your connection to the internet? - via a router/modem or USB or what? Wireless or Ethernet?
