Windows 7 suddenly 'not genuine'

    ... Not as long as I thought!

    All the data there looks present and correct - the missing items are because your system is 32-bit rather than 64-bit.

    That being the case, I have no ide where to look next, and can only suggest a repair install.

    Well the repair install worked fine. The only annoyance is that I need to install about a billion widows updates now but otherwise everything looks good.
