Update to kb3035583 and still windows 10 app hasn't pop up

I should start from the beginning my computer was acting crazy so i reformat my computer back to facty settings yesterday, a month before this virus or whatever it was cause me having to redo my whole computer as new i had the get windows 10 app so i click it and said yes to getting a copy for it since it was free.

so i don't know if me taking up the free upgrade from my old windows install on this computer did anything or not but i really want my free windows up grade to 10 so im all scared since it coming out on the 29th of this month.

i have updated my windows up dates so it has the kb3035583 update i even uninstall it and reinstall one i found on the net some where and still after restarting no windows 10 app pop up is it glitch or did i mess up my chances of getting it from reformatting my computer?

im a windows 7 64 bit user and i really don't know much about computers so im thinking maybe i mess something up and sorry about my spelling

also i have an anti virus that avg if anyone can help it would mean alot, because i don't know what to do im at a lose, half my windows updates wouldn't half work they kept failing and this is a fest installment of windows 7 i hope nothing wrong with my computer.

DON'T PANIC! You have a year to get your free copy of Windows 10!

Pleasefollow the WindowsUpdate Posting Instructions and postthe requested data

If thefile is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files untilthe final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately afterzipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for anumber of reasons)

    Pleasealso post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file

The "Get Windows 10" app doesn’t appear in Windows 7

And the troubleshooter says I am running an unsupported version of windows.

I had an issue with some drivers, such that my system had not been updating for the past 6 months. I just got the drivers replaced and was able to download and install some 168 updates, with my system rebooting 4-6 times in the process.

I have KB3035583 and KB2952664 installed now but I still do not have Get Windows 10 App on my task bar.
