    "Cannot Update KB2800095,KB2908783,KB2952664" @

    Code:
    https://www.sevenforums.com/windows-updates-activation/329719-cannot-update-kb2800095-kb2908783-kb2952664.html
&& also, KB2952664 Windows Update Fails to Install with Error Code 80242016
And still, since it’s just a patch supposed to make it easier to upgrade to a newer Windows version, you can very well ignore the error and skip the update completely for now.

I appreciate the link as i had the exact same issue , unfortunately my computer takes a lot longer to shutdown now .

I don't think it's the 2952664 update though as my computer took a lot longer to shutdown when it failed to install the first time but all the others succeeded at installing.

When i followed the link and successfully installed the update that failed it still made no difference in shutdown time , still takes much longer.

    Any ideas

    Thanks

Had same problem with both desktop and laptop so I went to ...
Control panel/ windows update/ installed updates and found KB2952664 and deleted it.
Rebooted it then went to windows update and installed it again by itself.
After it downloaded and installed it everything worked fine.
Looked at Window Update again and viewed updates where it showed as a successful update.

This crazy way worked for me so it may be something you consider doing. JMHO
