Can't install windows updates
Hi guys
I've set up my PC at the end of august and everything worked fine. Now i wanted to make the Windows Updates but it gives me back a message which says something like 'Windows Update can'st search for Updates because it isn't running.' (English isn't my native language just like my PC, so it's roughly translated)
Also the integrated trouble-shooting function doesn't work and gives me back teh error code 0x8E5E0247.
By googling i found mostly, that the Intel Storage driver is bad or something like that.
My Computer: Veriton M670G from Acer with an MX100 256 GB SSD

By looking trough this report i saw that the Office Key is blocked or something. What does this exactly mean? Should i get rid of my old Office?
I hope you can help me and if any other informations are needed don't hesitate to ask.
