It looks to me as if your SOFTWARE registry hive is being corrupted every boot.
This is then rebuilt - and probably losing data as a result.
I suspect your best option is going to be a repair install.

I suggest you update the Intel RAID driver. This helped me. This seems to be a widespread problem after harddisk upgrade. I took a deep breath and plunged and it worked.
I downloaded and used HP supplied RAID driver on my Acer laptop. The drivers are intel supplied but packaged by HP. It gives the convenience of a installable package. HP Customer Support | HP® Customer Support
