Windows 7 Update Error Code 800F0900- Can not get updates

Hi, thank you for the time to read. First I like to ask be patient with me as I am not major computer savvy.
I have did as the post stated and gotten the Windows Tool and run and installed. Problem still there, no updates will happen. This seem to start after 9/2014 updates came out. Windows fails to update: Error Code 800F0900

Attaching my CB log as stated.
I hope I have did all that is required to get started in hopes to fix this issue.

Windows 7 Home Edition, Internet Explorer

(it is now 1am for me, so will be checking back on this tomorrow)

    Thank you kindly

There are errors which SFC cannot fix present - you need to run the CheckSUR tool, and post the full logs -

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

    I've uploaded a file - db4aa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder db4aa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Hi Noel and again thank you. Hopes I did this correctly :) here is the new file .zip after running CheckSur and adding the folders you gave me. Awaits with fingers crossed

UPDATED: After this was installed windows started doing updates. Of course I didn't stop it. Many updates did finish. One thing I noticed when the pc rebooted a few times during the process was the Disk Verify is yellow.. it wasn't before this. Its hard to read but its as the windows screen loads it says Verify which was always green. Now its yellow, which is telling me a issue?

Waits your reply as well for the other corrupted files in that first log. Thank you Noel

    Disk Verify?? from which application??

Please run SFC /SCANNOW again - CheckSUR is telling us that there are still file problems, and SFC is generally the best for dealing with these.

Well unsure Noel what happen here, now my RAID is coming back with unknown issues and a degraded volume message. Should I still run SFC /scannow with this message?

Ouch - I know next to nothing about RAID.
Since RAID is lower-level than the OS, I would suspect that it should be dealt with first, or anything we do couldmake things worse.
Let me know if you need assistance with that, and I'll shout for help!
