It's ok :) Thank you anyway for putting the time into this!
And yeah, I do hope so too!

Noel I haven't forgotten about looking at this for you, I've just been really busy :) As per my post in the other thread you messaged me about:

Sorry for the delay, this week has just been so busy for me and I've had barely any time to get online. I have an exam tomorrow and two more on Friday so unless I find a few spare minutes to look at this, I won't be able to look at this until the weekend.

    Hi sealionforever,

Can you re-run the System Update Readiness Tool please? When that's finished, zip up your CBS folder and attach it to your next post:

    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS

I hope these are the ones you need
For some reason I couldn't open/upload the CBS .txt file
    Is that normal?

Here's the error found by CheckSUR...

    Code:
    Checking Component Store
    (f) CSI Missing Winning Component Key 0x00000000 x86_microsoft.vc80.openmp_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.5592_none_3b124bdfc9ac2eae
However, I think Tom also needs the CBS.log file, and the CBSPersistxxxxx.CAB files - please upload them when you can.

It's normal, and it's why I asked you to zip up the whole folder rather than uploading the individual files :) Anyway, I have enough to work with for the time being. Can you now zip up and upload the following file please:

    C:\Windows\system32\config\COMPONENTS

It will probably be too big to upload here so please can you upload it to OneDrive/Dropbox/another file sharing site?

I haven't forgotten you - please don't run away, but I have a heavy workload, and will get back as soon as I can.
