Odd - exactly the same errors appear
    Lemme check my end...

Nope - the file I uploaded doesn't have those errors any more.
Are you sure the delete/copy commands ran properly?

OK. I read your script and manually did what it said, rebooted, and then ran SUR. Here are the new CBS logs.

That's better - we're down to three errors now (excluding payload files)...
    Code:
    (f) CSI Missing Deployment Key 0x00000000 5d976a99f9f..439e9fb6022_b03f5f7f11d50a3a_6.1.7601.22126_098d28654bf3d5c6 HKLM\Components\CanonicalData\Deployments
    (f) CSI Corrupt Component Keyform 0x00000000 identity x86_microsoft.vc80.cr5_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.4940_none_d08cc06a442b34fc identity and keyform do not match; keyform is wrong.
    (f) CSI Missing Deployment Key 0x00000000 6d86462dc98..0ed8cc7ad88_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.22298_602d1ba346fe7587 HKLM\Components\CanonicalData\Deployments
I'll see what I can do with those... back soon

    I've uploaded a file - n2cac.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive

Please download and save it to your desktop.

Right-click on the file and select Extract All, andsave to the default destination (which should be a folder on the desktop)

Create a new System Restore point
Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the followingcommands.

    Code:
    IF EXIST C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS.OLD1 DEL C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS.OLD1
    REN C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS COMPONENTS.OLD1
    COPY"%userprofile%\desktop\n2cac\COMPONENTS" C:\Windows\System32\config

    .
If you get an error with either command, STOP THERE -do not reboot! - post for instructions.

Assuming both commands go OK, reboot, and run anotherCheckSUR scan - post the new CheckSUR.log file.

    Ouch!
    Code:
    Checking Packages
    (f) CSI Unable to Query Store Version 0x00000002
That looks as if the store doesn't exist somehow
Please open an Elevated Command Prompt and run the following command - post the results...

    DIR C:\Windows\System32\config\COMP*.*

I think I found the problem - there were a couple of bitflips that didn't show up in any of the scanners, but did actually show up in the CBS log
I think I fixed them now...

    I've uploaded a file - n2cad.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive

Please download and save it to your desktop.

Right-click on the file and select Extract All, and save to the default destination (which should be a folder on the desktop)

Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands.

    Code:
    IF EXIST C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS.OLD1 DEL C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS.OLD1
    REN C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS COMPONENTS.OLD1
    COPY "%userprofile%\desktop\n2cad\COMPONENTS" C:\Windows\System32\config
     .
If you get an error with either command, STOP THERE -do not reboot! - post for instructions.

Assuming both commands go OK, reboot, and run another CheckSUR scan - post the new CheckSUR.log file.

We're slowly getting rid of the corruption...
the error is tripping at a different place each time - eventually we'll have it sorted (assuming that this is the only affected hive!)

    I've uploaded a file - n2cae.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive

Please download and save it to your desktop.

Right-click on the file and select Extract All, and save to the default destination (which should be a folder on the desktop)

Create a new System Restore point
Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands.

    Code:

    REN C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS COMPONENTS.OLD1 COPY "%userprofile%\desktop\n2cae\COMPONENTS" :\Windows\System32\config .
If you get an error with either command, STOP THERE -do not reboot! - post for instructions.

Assuming both commands go OK, reboot, and run another CheckSUR scan - post the new CheckSUR.log file.
