Windows Updates fail after reboot. Reverting changes.

I've been working on this for a week now and have given up. I now seek your assistance. The device is a HP Pavilion g7 Win7 Home Premium x64. I have many issues with windows updates. I have it now down to 10 important and 2 optional. They install successfully and then advise to restart the computer. Configuring windows... computer reboots... configuring windows and right at 97% it shows "Failure configuring Windows updates Reverting Changes"

I've used the Windows Update Readiness Tool from Oct 2014. Attempted installing one by one.

    Error Codes:
    8007054F for KB3000061 and KB3003743
    800F0826 for all others

The CBS log keeps giving me errors when trying to attach it. Let me know whatever other info is needed.

    Thanks for your assistance!

Install and run this: Windows Repair (All In One)
Do at least test 1, 3, 17, 21, 26. Reboot afterwards and do "windows update" again. Best thing to do is test just 1 update.

I ran the All in One tool. 31 tests including the ones mentioned. Rebooted and tried the first update and after it rebooted it failed. See attached.

Stand by... I tried 2 more security updates and they succeeded after rebooting. I'm attempting the rest but it looks like the IE 11 KB3003057 is going to be an issue
