    75MB zipped??
if you zip the CBS.log file on its own, how big is that? - if less than 8MB, then attach that.
    Also attach the CheckSUR.log file

You appear to have zipped a shortcut to the CheckSUR.log file, rather than the file itself - please try uploading the original file

The SFC scan appears to have found and fixed a number of problems, mostly to do with DISM, but also including a couple of system drivers.

I would suggest running another SFC /SCANNOW - with luck it will report 'no integrity violations', and you can try Windows Update again - do a new Scan for Updates, and then attempt to install ONLY the oldest update found. If it fails, post the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file

The CheckSUR log is still a shortcut, rather than the file itself - the windowsupdate.log file is OK.
(Sorry - it seems to have got lost in my backlog.... )

The windowsupdate.log shows the following error...

I really do need the proper C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\Checksur.log file - otherwise I have no clue which of the 50+ possible errors could be involved, and will have to try and troubleshoot blind.

Please read the relevant parts of the
Windows Update Posting Instructions again, and see what you can do.
