Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command
dism.exe /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
once complete, reboot, and do a new Check for Updates and attempt to install only the oldest update found.
If that fails, then we may be in repair install territory.

If you're in a hurry, a repair install may be your best bet/option
i think it gonna be the best option , i will try to find a seven , and repair install from bootable usb
