Windows is activated but windows 7 not genuine message appears often

No black screen, no error message, nothing problem. Just a message about my windows 7 is not genuine message appears often. If I go to My Computer "Properties" then the message disappears from my desktop! And I can see "Windows is activated" showing inside computer properties. Then after a while or a restart that problem appears again! Please help me, what should I do?
