Windows Genuine tool will not validate my WIN7, previously validated.

    Hi,
I would like to thank ahead for any help
For the last 2 days I woke up to a pop up telling my copy is not genuine, so I went to MS site and ran the validation tool, and it tells me that I may have some missing files or deleted files, so I ran the diagnostic tool (error pasted below) I called MS they validated the key and the only thing they could suggest is that I have to pay for them to see if level 2 can fix the registries, or to re-install the system. I would really like to avoid that, I used it for work and have work and can't spend a half a day getting back to working condition on a re-install....Please help....

Thank you and I really appreciate any help!

    Juan.

If this just started, then it's likely the result of a botched update from MS
Please go to Installed Updates and Uninstall KB3004934
reboot twice, and then run another MGADiag report.

    Hi Noel,
Thank so much for the response, I apologize for my delayed response. Health insurance deadlines kept me crazy busy!
So I deleted update KB3004934 as you suggested and rebooted 2 times, non genuine error still comes up.

Below is the newest diag report, any other options you think I can try?

    Thank you for your help!

The erros are gone, so the problem is almost certainly a race condition.
    Try this...

    What AV are you using?
Please disable real-time scanning/protection and reboot

If the notification has disappeared, re-enable real-time scanning and reboot again

If the notification is still present, first check whether the real-time scanning is still switched off If so, then re-enable it and post the result. If it's turned itself back on then tell me or try again using a different disable option.

    Post back with the results
