Here it is.
...so why is the system attempting to load them?
try it another way...
Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands...
SC QC NPF
SC QC DeltaFix
Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

Hope this is what you need.
Here's a tut from Brink- Repair Install
I have the Win 7 Cd - how about a Repair?
Edit:
I typed in slui.exe and it says Activation Successful.
Will I still have problem with MSI?
Validation Tool still fails.

I called Microsoft and they did a Remote.
The tech looked at the message that asked me to buy a copy (after I ran the Validation Tool) and said the message is wrong- the program is unreliable.!!
She said I am fine and completely validated and the MSE will not end.
Sorry for all the time involved from all who helped me, and thanks!!!
Paul
You're welcome - I suspect that the problem with validation may be something to do with a firewall or proxy interfering?
see what happens if you go to www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag
That link is the same one I've been using - no difference.
The tech who did a remote used a diag which is exclusive to Microsoft, also showed that same message and she said not to worry about it, and said the Validation tool is unreliable.
Anyway, she again said I am totally activated and MSE will not end, so I'm not going to give it any further thought.
Thanks again,
Paul
