    code 8020002b download problem


    Hi,

    I am getting this problem whenever i wanted to update. How to solve it?

    Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

    If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

    Thanks i tried to download the updates manually and install them but it still say "the update is not applicable to your computer". What is wrong actually?

    What updates are you trying to download?

    I'm thinking you are not following the Windows Updating Posting Instructions. If you were you would be posting the logs requested.

    Noel needs those logs.

    Regarding the windows updating posting instruction. The package is around 500 mb... should i download that?
