KB2862152 & KB2973201, Fail to install Windows UPDATE

    Hi everybody,

Since a moment, i had errors when i tried to install Windows Update.
By installing updates by groups of 5 package/KB, i note that only KB2862152 & KB2973201 don't want to install.

I tried a lot of tricks but the problem persist.

I found this thread on this forum, but the solution doesn't resolve my problem. (in the CBS.log, my error code was 0x80070005).

For that, i create a new thread, in order to find a response to this specific problem.

I don't have any error code in my "windows update's page" (in control panel), so i just send you MGADiag below (PS, my CBS.log file is too big to send it to you, even compressed...)

    Code:

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post your C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.

I'm already researching a similar error for another poster - I'll use whatever I find here as well.

Have you had any form of malware attack? Have you been using any sort of registry cleaner?

CCLeaner is a very good program - but the registry cleaner part of it can be very dangerous when used on non-default settings.
I would suggest not using the registry cleaner part at all.

I'll be back when I find something out. (shout if not within 48 hours!)
