Windows 7 Build 7601 not genuine, cannot reactivate, 0x80070426 error

I still have the receipt from purchasing Win7 years ago, it is genuine.

This morning on boot I got a black background and the 'this copy of Windows 7 is not genuine' notice in the bottom right corner. I rebooted twice, same result. I found a thread and did this in an admin CMD window:

    SLMGR /REARM

and rebooted, came back up with the genuine message flashing for a second then disappearing.

I went to see if Win7 was activated and it wasn't, gave me the 0x80070426 the service has not been started error when I tried to reactivate it.

    Here is my MGADIAG:

I also cannot open Office 2010 apps, the license is no longer valid. Since I have to have this now I'll do the repair/reboot process for Office.

Please check and see if KB3004394 is installed - if so, install KB3024777 which will remove the earlier one. The reboot twice, and see if the behaviour has changed at all.

KB3024777 is already installed and the other one you mentioned, I don't see. I rebooted after repairing Office and it seems okay now.

Is there anything wrong on my MGADIAG I need to fix?

I thought so - I've been having strange problems on boot periodically for about a month but have not had time to get into it. Mostly these involve a black desktop and incomplete boot, services not started, often the sound is affected when this happened. I kept notes about each occurrence in Evernote.

    Here is a fresh MGADIAG:

When I try to activate Windows I get the same error, 0x80070426. It was fine before yesterday.

When the boot problems started happening I checked for malware with Malwarebytes, I have Comodo Antivirus running. Nothing was found. I have JRT and ADW Cleaner too, should I rerun the malware checks? Which program(s) should I use?

I'm not a fan of Comodo - and it does seem to appear regularly to cause problems in these forums.
Are you still seeing a Windows non-genuine warning? If so, please post another MGADiag report, while the warning is showing.
