Code 2 error for installing Win 7 SP1 update

I cannot download Windows 7 SP1 from the .iso or through the updater. I have ran the system readiness tool and it discovered 96 errors that could not be repaired. How do I fix the errors? I am able to install other updates, just not this Windows 7 SP1 update on a PC running Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

You have some major problems, I suspect.
Here's the summary from your CheckSUR log...
    Code:
    Seconds executed: 5478
     Found 96 errors
CBS MUM Missing Total count: 96
Ordinarily, this number may not present a problem, but in your case, the files involved are all from the original RTM install of Windows, and not from updates. They are all also the Spanish MUI files.
This makes me wonder whether you have used a hack to install Language packs outside the license terms.

Please follow this tutorial and post an MGADiag report - then we can see what the problem is.

    https://www.sevenforums.com/windows-updates-activation/234159-windows-genuine-activation-issue-posting-instructions.html

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

The COA sticker is worn on the back of the laptop, the original operating system on the laptop was Windows Vista.

Odd... all the signs are that this machine shipped with win7 installed. The current install is using a System Buider Key. There's no sign of any problems there.

I really need the full CBS.log file - the sfc extract misses a lot! You'll need to copy the file to the desktop before compressing the copy for upload.

You have a number of errors indicating Manifest and other problems.
Please run the CheckSUR tool, and post the CheckSUR.log file.
