    Interesting.
    The error message
    Notification Reason: 0xC004F063.
    ...is a pretty specific one, and almost always means that the machine has been reinstalled using media other than the manufacturer's Recovery media, while still using the manufacturer's OEM_SLP Key instead of the COA Key.

    For what version and edition of Windows is the machine licensed - according to the COA sticker on the case (or inside the battery compartment)

    Dear NoelDP,

    You are right about using the COE key. Somehow I used the OEM key and works at the beginning after re install the window.

    So after I entered the COE key from the sticker under the laptop, it passed the activation.
