Good, the SFC scan is clear, still... please run a new CheckSUR scan, and post the new CheckSUR.log file.

Alright, I have installed MS Office 2013 and it just installed 43 updates except a new one keeps failing.

I get error code 8007064A for update to MS One Note 2010 (KB2956075)

It doesn't make sense since One Note isn't even installed so I don't know why it is even trying to install.

    Thank you again,

    Ted

The odd thing is that it's for Office 2010, rather than that it's not installed! (assuming it is Office 2013 you installed)

CheckSUR is clear - did you do a fresh Check for updates after the last failure?
