I've uploaded a file - efiaa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder efiaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Packages)
Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages
Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)
Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.
Hi,
Please find attached log files.
Thank you.
The errors in the CheckSUR log are interesting...
I've never seen both IE10 and IE11 errors present in a CheckSUR log before - it may imply that I made a mistake somewhere with my fix protocol - but from the looks of it, you appear to have run the CheckSUR tool twice today about 15 minutes apart. - did you do another Windows Update in the interim?Code:Checking Package Manifests and Catalogs (f) CBS MUM Corrupt 0x00000000 servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-IE-Hyphenation-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~10.2.9200.16437.mum Expected file name Microsoft-Windows-IE-Hyphenation-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~neutral~~10.2.9200.16437.mum does not match the actual file name (f) CBS MUM Corrupt 0x00000000 servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-IE-Hyphenation-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~11.2.9412.0.mum Expected file name Microsoft-Windows-IE-Hyphenation-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~neutral~~11.2.9412.0.mum does not match the actual file name (f) CBS MUM Corrupt 0x00000000 servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-IE-Spelling-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~10.2.9200.16437.mum Expected file name Microsoft-Windows-IE-Spelling-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~neutral~~10.2.9200.16437.mum does not match the actual file name (f) CBS MUM Corrupt 0x00000000 servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-IE-Spelling-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~11.2.9412.0.mum Expected file name Microsoft-Windows-IE-Spelling-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~neutral~~11.2.9412.0.mum does not match the actual file name .

Yes.
Firstly, I launched Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64.msu and then DISM.exe tools.
I'm not sure why you ran DISM - it's certainly not necessary, and the best version isn't available for Windows 7 anyhow (it's much more capable in Win8.x). That said, I don't think it should cause problems.
The actual errors present are common ones, and don't normally cause any problems with updates. The only reason I'm concerned is that there are two versions of IE involved.
Please try doing a Check for Updates - and install ONLY the oldest update found.
If it goes in OK, try installing the rest.
If it fails, post the error code, and I'll see what we need to do.
