This update not applicable for this computer. (KB3021952)

I hope I did this right:
With the automatic updates came this KB3021952 for IE 11.
I tried several times to redownload after previous attempt failed.
Then as read through some instructions, I dowloaded the SURT file.
I tried again the update and a window came up stating "This update is not applicable for this computer".
I do have indeed IE11, so I do not understand the failing of dowloading this update.
I tried to attach the CBS zip folder, but after uploading the attachment this page comes up:

The error from the upload is almost certainly because the file was too large - delete the older CBSPersist files from it and try again.

Noel, Thank you for the reply.
When I checked the installed updates this morning, it showed that the IE11 security update had succeded.
Is there anything I can/should do more, or can I mark this thread as solved?

I suspect that there's something that got fixed along the way - it would be interesting to find out what, and to make sure that everything is now fixed.
Could you please post the logs as above, and I'll check them over.

The CBS log? or just part of it?
I am curious, why would that log text file in notepad be so large?

The CBS.log and the CheckSUR.log files - you'll have to copy the CBS.log to the desktop before compressing it (or you can just post the compressed CBS folder you created, after removing the older CBSPersist files)

Even the compressed CBS folder is 64 MB and the entries are all from yesterday.
Sorry I am not very good with this.

    That's OK...
Please delete from the archive/compressed folder the four oldest CBSPersist files (the four towards the top of the list above) - this should reduce the file size to about 5MB, which is well under the forum limit of 8MB
