Help with Windows updates not installing - re Service Pack 1

I have looked elsewhere on the forum and I gather - due to many problems being slightly different - that it is best to upload a log which will display to a better person than me why the update may not be installing.

Having said that.... The scannow didn't generate a sfcdetails.txt file

Results of scan - "did not find any integrity violations" so I don't know what to upload..

Have installed Readiness Tool okay

Service pack 1 will not install and problems with Internet Explorer 9 not displaying certain web pages and cannot install IE10/IE11

Windows update error code 8024200D

Any help much appreciated

I'm not a update expert but are experts will need this done first if you can.

No worries... Swiss bank account is empty.... although I have won the Worldwide Lottery of $65 billion this week so funds should be okay again soon... failing that my long lost Uncle has just been in touch... odd really as both my mother and father didn't have any brothers or sisters...

The zipped file is 30Mb and will not upload....

You appear only to have posted the CBS.log file - we also need the CheckSUR.log (and preferably also the CheckSUR.Persist.log file)

(Sorry for the delay - a little busy the past few days!)
