The likelihood is that unless you have a System Restore point you can go back to, you'll have to do a repair install.
What is the date COMPONENTS.bak file?

thx for the fast answer, the componets file is from 23. november and the components.bak file is from 22. november.
    i wish i had a restore point.
what do you mean with repairinstall, this --> Repair Install ?
already tried it but it says i've to do updates first but i'm only doing this because i can not install updates!!! XD

It may be worth trying a substitution... I'll have to think about how best to do it...
Back later (in the pub at present)

OK - with any luck this will get us somewhere....

Open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands...

    Code:
    IF EXIST C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS.OLD1 DEL C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS.OLD1
    REN C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS COMPONENTS.OLD1
    COPY C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS.bak C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS

    .

reboot, and now run CheckSUR again.
Post the new CheckSUR and CheckSUR.Persist logs.

This is a fairly common list, caused by a bad initial image from the manufacturer.

I'll post a fix protocol a little later.

    I've uploaded a file - media64.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
    Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
    At the prompt type
    DIR C:\media64
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
    DIR D:\media64
    or
    DIR E:\media64

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

    XCOPY <drive>:\media64 <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

    (e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )

run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
    EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.

Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your reply
