Windows Update: error 800736B3 with .NET 3.5.1 patch

I have been stuck with this error for a bit and would like to get rid of the .NET 3.5.1 patch notices. CBS log attached for review.

    Thanks for the help.

You had major problems in December , which the CheckSUR tool appears to have sorted out...
    Code:
    Summary:

     Fixed 12176 errors

CSI Missing Pinned Component Key Total count: 940

CSI Missing C Mark Total count: 3327

CSI F Mark Missing Total count: 4808

CBS Catalog Missing Total count: 1
Fixed: CBS Catalog Missing. Total count: 1
Fixed: CBS Paired File. Total count: 1
However, the suspicion must remain that CheckSUR couldn't see/fix everything that was really present. You don't appear to have run another CheckSUR scan since then.

The latest SFC scan appears to be clear.

Please run the CheckSUR tool again, and post the new log.
