Why do these same updates happen daily?

Here's a screen shot of my update history where you see they all succeed but have been happening for over a month now.

Got the same multi occurences. Can confirm those updates reappear for installation after running system disk cleanup.

KB3032359 & KB3021952 - Keep re-presenting for installation but - Microsoft Community

Windows Cleanup "deletes" KB3004375 and KB3031432
