Windows Update error 800b0100

    Windows Update error 800b0100


    Hi i am having problem with installing updates, it seems to be about 16 that i have tried individually. Error i get is 800b0100. I have run system update readiness tooland sfc /scannow. Attached is my checksur.log, the cbs.log is 139mb and i can not upload it, shall i copy and paste it in this post. Please let me know of any other information you may need.

    EDIT: Attached is now also a CBS.log which is taken from pre- sfc scan - the file is too large to upload after scan.

    19 new updates installed. but the 16 problematic ones remain. ie 19/35 successful updates

    Looks like you may have some corruption in the SoftwareDistribution folder...
