Reinstall Win 7 OEM (custom built PC), no disk nor activation sticker

I want to do a fresh install of my desktop computer, but I have a problem.

In may 2011 I built a custom PC with hardware components (and windows 7) bought from two webshops. The version of windows that I bought is:
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 NL 1u 64bit OEM
I cannot find my installation disk anywhere, I'm not even sure if I received an installation disk at all (could it be that the webshop I bought the components from pre-installed windows 7 on the harddrive?).

Since the PC is custom built, there is no windows sticker on the casing either. Is there anyway I can get a legal installation disk with which I can reinstall windows?

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Stefan

It's not easy any more, since MS have withdrawn access to the Digital Rivers servers.
You could try borrowing a copy from a friend?

What worries me more is that you say you're uncertain how the media were delivered in the first place.
As far as I know, it is illegal anywhere in the world to sell 'installed' Windows without providing either the original install media, or a Recovery option. It is also not legal to sell hard drives alone, pre-installed with Windows.

OEM Installs of Windows MUST have a COA sticker on the case - if they don't, then it's counterfeit, by definition.

Lets hae a look at your install...

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
    - in your own thread, please

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
