    Windows 7 Pro update error codes: 80073712, 8024200D, 80070490.

Hi, 3 updates will not install no matter what I do. Have run SURT and Windows Update Diagnostic. I have attached screenshots of the error codes and update history. I have also attached the CheckSUR.log and CheckSur.persist.log files from the CBS file. The whole CBS file is too large to upload. Help would be very appreciated.

I'll post a fix protocol later - it shouldn't be a problem, since all errors appear to be from the same update.

    I've uploaded a file - jg1aa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder jg1aa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

    Lookin' good!
    Code:
    Summary:
    Seconds executed: 116
     Found 20 errors
     Fixed 20 errors
CSI Manifest All Zeros Total count: 11
Fixed: CSI Manifest All Zeros. Total count: 11
CBS MUM Corrupt Total count: 9
Fixed: CBS MUM Corrupt. Total count: 9
Fixed: CBS Paired File. Total count: 9
Go to Windows Update, and run a Check for Updates - attempt to install ONLY the oldest update found. What happens?
If it goes in OK, try the rest.
If not, then post the error code/message, and post the new CBS.log file.

Hi, I tried the the oldest important update, but no luck. Got code 8024200D. The CBS.log is around 108MB, what is the best way to send it to you?

That's OK - you probably only need to install that update from the standalone installer.
What's the KB number of the one that failed?
