Addram in another thread, I am asking a questioning on KB3050265 if it should be installed because it fixes other issues. Those others updates didn't fix other known problems with windows 7 you could tell they were specific to windows 10 upgrade. I am going to try installing KB350265 soon.
KB3050265 is an update to the windows update agent files and is classed as Optional. An earlier version of this is KB2990214. It's entirely up to you if you want to install. But these look like updates to Windows Update so you can install the 10 upgrade through WU.

I've skipped both but it's up to you.
It fixes other issues especially if you have low ram. If it causes any issue I can do an image restore before it was installed. I don't like telemetry updates though, those are not installed.

Up to you then. None of the issues it seems to fix look important to me and I have a decent amount of ram. It isn't classed as important either which is usually a sign. I see no need for it on my pc as I haven't had any of those issues. I'll only install fixes if there's something that needs fixing

I'm thinking what it does is fix low ram issues just in case someone does downgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7. No I have not installed it.

Take a look at the related post here:

wuauserv causing svchost memory usage to explode

There's information from MS announcing the planned development of the hotfix here (April 2015)

Support Tip: ConfigMgr 2012 update scan fails and causes incorrect compliance status - The Official Configuration Manager Support Team Blog - Site Home - TechNet Blogs

Note: I installed the KB3050265 update as a test and experienced strange delays when using Explorer and the cursor lagged when using the down arrow to scroll down files listed in an Explorer window. I made a system image backup before installing the update and rolled back to remove the update.

Re: Windows Update Agent upgrade to Windows 10 - read here and check the article that's linked in the post:

Uncle is having performance problems similar to when he installs spyware. Scans find nothing, but there running in the SysTray is gwx.exe.

I followed How to remove Windows 10 GWX upgrade nonsense to remove the Update, hide it, take ownership of gwx.exe and delete it, root it out of Task Manager where it stages its sneaks.

Left in winsxs are other files related to it but nothing was said about uninstalling them so I didn't. If this doesn't improve his performance I'm going to SysRestore back before these starting creeping in in April, or restore an earlier image.

Even if you uninstall the Updates which can, that gwx.exe scheduled crapware sticks around until you spend an hour or more rooting it all out.

Does anyone else have or know of performance problems caused by these?

You`ll have to look each one up yourself, just google each one and it will explain what the update is for.
