Not sure it is off on both machines and I just checked and it's still off after uninstalling it :/
I noticed an update not that clear, about bypassing UAC prompt therefore permitting customized databases installation for applications compatibility.
Might come to WU one day, is rated important: Update to force a UAC prompt when a customized .sdb file is created in Windows (Kb3045645).
I just hid 369 and 645, the only updates I`m installing are virus definitions.
Everyone should have Auto updates turned off by now.
I don't see anything pertaining to windows 10 with 3020369 & 3045645
If UAC is disabled via registry, will UAC still pop-up if you install KB3045645 ?
I have been looking at some of the previous important and non-important updates some are silly but as long as it doesn't pertain to 10 or do something I do not want done or I don't want the item then I will keep installing windows updates. I think people should install the important & other updates as long as it doesn't pertain to windows 10 or do something you & others don't want done or don't want the item (like skype).
Update to force a UAC prompt when a customized .sdb file is created is a good idea, it should protect people from malicious scripts.
