Presumably the US EULA will survive scrutiny by US judges.
I've always assumed (after skimming the occasional EULA) that they basically absolve the company of all blame for anything that happens, including stuff they've deliberately done.
If it does happen and anyone complains they will just claim it was an accident (like they did recently with some update).

Since EOL for Win 7 is in 2020, I don't think any "Forced Win 10" would be before that date. There are a lot of people still using XP. At the beginning of this year it was 17% or 250 million folks. I just don't see how MS can force Win 10 on us and expect acceptance.
