Office 2007 updates not showing

    Office 2007 updates not showing


    How can I get Windows update to find new updates for Office 2007? I've set automatic update to never/manual and unchecked "give reccomended same way as important". Yet, when I click "find updates", there are no items for Office 2007. This is a new install of O2007 btw, wth just the SP3 applied, nothing else.



    This is someone else's screen shot. My system only shows two options, none of which involve other MS products...

    (Btw, I have installed all other updates up till this month, so I'm pretty sure my update agent is up to date, just that it's not showing all four of those options)

    Thought I hijack this thread rather than create a new one, but I just did a clean install of 7 and installed office 07, but I am having the same problem. I am not given the option for microsoft updates at all. I've never had this problem before. Is there something that I installed incorrectly perhaps? I do a custom install of office and only use word and excel and leave the other office tools, but I may have accidentally turned something off. Could that be a reason?

    If this was my thread I'd mark as solve. I realized that you have to use IE when you click on the more options link in updates, which then takes you to the correct page. All is well.
