    The only solution seems to be to recompile the program with a newer version of Spoon. My problem was with ZOC terminal emulator which, even though I have a licence for a normal installation, I love being able to carry it around in order to use it in "any" PC without the need to install it. I made it portable myself with Spoon Studio 11 but I might switch to thinapp if I can put my hands on it. I guess your best bet is to look around for a newer compilation of yours.     Portable Minitab


    I do not how to recompile the program using Thinapp. I will continue to use Windows without the Security update. I am hoping Microsoft will issue a new Security update removing the flaws in the earlier Security update . Till then this temporary solution is okay. Still I appreciate your acumen to provide this interim solution.

    After removal of KB3045999, portable minitab was working fine. Again about 25 updates were installed (including Office) on 12 August 2015 . It looks one of the updates deactivated portable minitab again. Please help me to fix this issue.
