Office 2010 uninstalled but still getting Windows Updates

Three months ago, I uninstalled Office 2010 and installed Office 2013.

Yet Windows Update keeps sending me updates to Office 2010. Why?

(I have Windows 7 x64 if that matters.)

The only legacy Office thing I have left on my machine is something called "Microsoft Office Small Business Connectivity Components." I was afraid to uninstall it because I didn't know what it did. What does it do, and can I safely uninstall it?

But Windows Update keeps sending me updates to Microsoft Office 2010, so I'm wondering if that could be the reason?

"Microsoft Office Small Business Connectivity Components" probably accompanied Office 2010 and I think as long as it's on the computer the updates will see it.

Also there are a number of other things that may trigger Office Updates - any of the Office Viewer variants (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and some less obvious things can also do it(one is a VBA install that comes with Office, but isn't uninstalled, if I remember right).
