Will it interfere with my Windows 10 upgrade? What should I do with the update? Hide it?

I don't see any reason it would. Yes you can hide it.

0x80092004 - CRYPT_E_NOT_FOUND error is a missing component. Perhaps caused by an errant run of a Reg Cleaner. ???

Hey Noel; There's no feedback on this post but do you think rebuilding the Distribution folder would work?
Cannot Install IE10 From Windows Update

The update does work because I installed it without problems so there's individual situations causing the error.

    NO NO NO!
This update has a KNOWN problem - which is afflicting many people with fresh clean installs.
It is a problem with the update, not the install.

I read Gator's link. It said to click on the tools button in IE, then go to About Internet Explorer to see if the update is already installed. Sure enough, the update is already installed. Thank you all for your help regarding this issue. I will now mark this thread as solved.

Well, the link for the direct download in the article is useless. I couldn't find a direct download button anywhere on the linked M$ page. The other workaround left my head spinning when I read it.

Expand the button on Method Two then Internet Explorer 11 (Or which ever version you use).
